Are we under a state of emergency?

Is there place that tracks whether or not we're under a state of emergency? I'm doing some googling, but coming up short.

Gotta love a law that's nearly impossible to know if you're compliant or not.

Yes.Under a state of emergency for the opioid crisis,probably indefinitely since federal law makers wont legalize the best non addictive pain killer out there which is marijuana .I never used it recreationally or medically but if it works they should make it legal.Of course big pharmacies will lose money from their opioid sales and they pay off politicians so i never see if being made legal

Don't forget there was just a high court ruling that basically declared ignorance of the law is an excuse.

You should be able to find general info on the PEMA site.

By statute (Title 35, §7301(c)) the default length of the declarations is 90 days. They can be rescinded OR extended by another declaration of the Governor.

The "Opioid Epidemic" declaration was issued on January 10, so we are still within the original 90-day window. I can't imagine it would be rescinded before the original term is up, and it will probably be extended numerous times.

For now, assume the State of Emergency will be indefinite.
