If you use neuro-linguistics to analyze her video, she has a few "tells" where it appears that she may be exaggerating some small stuff like some stuff about always being in her grandpa's gunshop, but she later references it without those ssme "tells". The City of Roanoke issued a press release last night that said in summary, The City would never fire an employee for exercising his or her Constitutional rights.

BTW, the employee in question was still in her one year probationary period, in which an employee can be fired just for not doing her job well.

Virginia is an "at will" state. She could have been fired at any time, for any (or no) reason.
