Of course, since this was never voted on by Congress, this flagrantly ignores the legislative process specifically enumerated in the Constitution... but hey, who's paying attention to that old thing these days anyway.

If they get away with that, imagine what comes next. But hey we can trade bump stocks for reciprocity, right?
