High school is having a voluntary assembly to remember the victims and encourage the students to do good deeds, i.e. Rachel's Challenge to prevent bullying. Public not welcome, but encouraged to wear orange to support Rachel's Challenge.

Thanks for mentioning this. I had fogotten the connection between orange and Everytown/MDA. And considering that I missed that fact in the earlier emails that the kids were wearing orange for "unity", I just sent off another email to the superintendent asking how the assembly could remain apolitical when the theme for the unification was essentially a logo for a very political anti-gun organization. https://store.everytown.org/collecti...ear-orange-tee
