Here's another worthless piece of "merde" to be opposed. It doesn't BAN "Assault Weapons" but, requires "proof of training" prior to a sale wand notably doesn't identify what acceptable training is!
The bill brings back the 1994 "banned firearms list" and the 1994 AW characteristics.

this is operative part:

§ 6111. Sale or transfer of firearms.
* * *
(c.1) Semiautomatic assault weapons.--
(1) No person shall sell or transfer a semiautomatic
assault weapon to an individual under 21 years of age.
(2) No person shall sell or transfer a semiautomatic
assault weapon to an individual 21 years of age or older
unless the individual has completed training on the proper
use and operation of a semiautomatic weapon. Proof of the
completed training shall be presented at the time of sale or
transfer
