    That's always my assumption. Absent the third party, the libertarian votes would be split along the voting margins. That's more reasonable to assume than all of them belonging to the repubs.

    Wow, they've got lamb up by 95 votes with only two precincts in Westmoreland not reporting.

    1100 absentee ballots from Allegheny will be counted within 15 minutes, and 1200 from Washington & Greene Counties will be counted tomorrow. Wow. We're not going to know tonight.
