If instead of voting libertarian, those votes went republican , Saccone would be up.

Sure would be nice to have those 1300 libertarian votes right now.

Need to spread some rep around, but I agree. Same in that special senate election down in Alabama. 3rd party votes just barely made up the difference between the Republican and Democrat.

I was waiting for the libertarian vote comments. Why do yinz assume they should belong to the republican?

I suppose on my part it may be personal bias. I identify strongly with Libertarian principles, and wouldn't dream of voting blue.

I also identify strongly with Libertarian principles, but I'm a single issue voter..., so that's my bias and why I voted for Trump. That said, the Libertarian in me doesn't find Lamb that objectionable, to be honest. I'm also biased based on Saccone's 2A record in PA.

^that. My politics are more aligned with the libertarian party, but a vote for that is a vote for the dems.

Ugh this is going to come down to the absentees. I'm going to bed. It's within .2% right now, and assuming most of the Allegheny absentees go to Lamb, I'm going to bed assuming the seat is his.

I always raise this question too. I'm not so sure that all of them or even enough of them would go republican to close the gap...and we will probably never know. The same goes when people claim that lack of voters cost one side or the other the election. Those who didn't vote would probably vote in the same proportions as those who did.
