    Realistic -

Ruger Redhawk (not Super) in 10mm. 6 shot, OK. 7 or 8 shot, preferred.
Not handgun, but whatever... Ruger PC Carbine in .40 S&W, .45 ACP, 10mm, and .357 mag.

    Pipe Dream -

Webley MK VI (call it MK VII) that can handle modern, factory .45 ACP pressures. Or, even better, one in .357 mag or 10mm...
Ruger GP and SP series revolvers in 5.7x28, 7.62x25, and 22TCM.
Sig P226 or Arex Zero in 7.62.x25. Or just allow the Dominion Arms P762 to be imported into the US.

Even these have dried up although very occasionally you can see them in gun shows. I saw one for sale a few years ago at a gun store for $900. I should have gotten it...

Yes, they should be brought again to market.
I've seen them for sale with "as is" warnings that indicate they aren't particularly reliable.

Not that they aren't great, but I am a little bit bored of polymer strikers.
I agree. I've been selling or trading most of my plastic guns. Yes, they work and are reliable. Since I came of age in the age of revolvers and 1911's, I focus on those, now. I like hammers and steel. I'm not criticizing or bashing anyone. We all make choices and they are all valid.
