OAKS 3 Day Gunshow March 23, 24 & 25, 2018

I thought it was a pretty good show. I went Friday around 1:30 and was happy to see that almost all the tables were set up and ready to go. A few years back when they started opening on Fridays I was unhappy to see that many of the tables were not set up on Friday but they seem to have resolved that now so bravo to the show organizers for that.

I do miss the old days when the display cases were full of nice old Smith and Wesson revolvers at good prices. I did see a few gems but not like in the past. Picked up a nice model 2" 64 for $475 out the door which wasn't too bad.

Too bad Santa isn't there anymore :(

I am surprised. Usually they overfill my containers so much, that when I try to open them, there is always spillage.

I was also. I have bought from there before and never a problem. It was the son who put it together, maybe it was a bad moment and a fluke.

Honestly it is a small thing in the scheme of life, but still annoying to get home and realize.

Negotiable. Depends on the vendor.

No but they sell hot sauce at the chili pepper festival in Bowers in late summer.

You know, James Yeager from Tactical Response, who defends shooting drills with people downrange, throwing loaded weapons on the ground and stomping on them (sometimes resulting in discharges that strike vehicles), etc. etc. Also is a great driver of manual transmissions, from what I heard.

BTW, the pickle kid shorted me on two quarts of pickle chips, too.
