If the business in question were not an FFL then this might be a possible course of action. However FFLs, as stated in the terms of their federal license, are free to sell or not sell to anyone for any reason as long as they comply with federal and state regulations regarding the sale. If an FFL holder decides he or she doesn't want to sell a firearm to anyone, for ANY reason; they don't have to. No explanations, no excuses. It's expressed in the license as a protection from those unable to purchase, especially the questionable ones, from nuisance legal actions.

Is it a right course of action for the FFL holder? (In this case Dunklburger's) Probably not but they are free to do so. Is it good for their business? Probably not but they still free to do so.

    ^ THIS!

just like with FTF sales, they are free to sell to whoever they want, as long as they follow state / federal laws.
I do not agree with them at all, and glad I never made a visit yet.
we need to push for repealing some of these laws, not adding new ones!!!
Sec. 21. The right of the citizens to bear arms in defense of themselves and the State shall not be questioned.

A number of prominent attorneys including Judge Andrew Napolitano and Former U.S. Attorney General Alberto Gonzales feel otherwise. A quick Google search generates several hits. Of course the question remains whether there's someone out there that wants to spend the money to test the water and make an example out of these douche bags.

I was born and raised in Montgomery county (that liberal transplants from Philly have turned to shit), but spent a lot of time as a kid (I'm 58 now) shooting, hunting, fishing and camping and Monroe and Pike. I recently bought a weekend place in Pike and am shocked and saddened by what the New York transplants have done to the Poconos.

Me, my wife and my daughter are from PR N.J. Now we are locals. Pa. Residents 100 % and nothing else.
When we moved here we left our nj ways behind us. We never had nj lib thinking, we wanted more for our daughter and
The way Pa. is going we may find ourselves either moving further west into pa our moving altogether.....
Only thing we don’t like about Pa is the car inspections, lol.

Dunkelberger admitted he’s between a rock and a hard place.

“We’re in a no win situation,” he said. “No matter what I say or do, there are consequences on either end and there’s no good outcome.”

The people who wouldn't be caught dead in a "shop of death" aren't buttering his bread.

The ones who patronize him probably don't care one way or the other.

The poor thing probably has a spouse or family member who is part of the Bloomberg Brigade. He'll get no peace or a piece until he toes the Party Line.
