Man enough? More like stupid enough and having no respect for ones body. Sorry you eat like you deserve every damn medical problem you will ever have!

The body is a temple, the only one you have and if you fill it full of shit you end up with a toilet.

This is so gross. I never knew there was such a place. After watching some of the videos about the Heart Attack Grill I don't want to look or even eat another burger again. The people that eat there are probably already over weight or drunks.

Being a nurse myself I don't think its such a big deal that the employees dress like sexy nurses. Its a cute theme but the food has to much fat in it. I think its funny that they even wheel you out to your car when your done.

Yeah I'm no vegan either but we watch what we eat and how much of it (guess that's part of getting old) .... we don't eat ground beef anyways, that crap is downright deadly, burgers here are turkey burgers. Now add it to the quantities these people are eating and you might as well just stick a gun in your mouth.

The other thing that came to mind while seeing that is the 'fat problem' this country faces (let not be PC and deny it). These damn restaurants keep making the portions bigger and bigger and people keep woofing it down, then they wonder why they have weight problems ... well DUH. We have noticed it almost every time we go out to eat ... you order something off a picture and when it shows up you are like "how the hell can anyone finish this?" then the waitress is right there trying to sell you desert ... yea RIGHT.

Preaching to the choir here. I'm the bastard that feels as though you should pay on your insurance premiums according to "controllable" risks. You have the freedom to do whatever you wish but if you have the vice of excessive drinking, obesity, or smoking, then you pay a higher premium accordingly.

Each Sunday I put chicken breast or a roast in the Crock pot with corn and rice to make a stew for lunch all week. Each morning I have 3 eggs (only 1 yolk). For dinner, I have taught the wife to stress veggies with a protein to keep the calories down. I sit on a recumbent exercise bike and do 99 minutes of biking while I play online video games (helps me get through the exercise without thinking about it.) Being Dutch and Irish, I tend to add weight easily.

German Scotch here (me) German Irish (her) we are both tall and thin but the pounds do tend to 'pack on' to certain places. We are a little more 'pro active' with exercise. She hits the gym twice a week and 3 times a week we run (well part walk part run) about 3 miles at a local park.

The one thing I guess has helped us a lot is the fact we don't eat out much and refuse to buy pre-made meals. Everything in this house is home cooked so we are able to control a lot of what we eat.

That explains a lot about your performance in COD4 :P
The first vehicles normally on the scene of a crime are ambulances and police cruisers. If you are armed you have a chance to decide who gets transported in which vehicle, if you are not armed then that decision is made for you.

Be prepared, because someone else already is and no one knows their intent except them.
