My second Form 1 for this year just surpassed my 116 day turn around from my previous Form 1. I was hoping that things would get better not worse! I'm still "pending".

Caught flat-footed, normally I have my engraving done before I get my approvals....

Got my SBR FORM 1 Trust back, approved in 116 days!

Check cashed - 3/25/18
Approved 7/19/18

Got to get to the engravers!!!!

My second Form 1 for this year just surpassed my 116 day turn around from my previous Form 1. I was hoping that things would get better not worse! I'm still "pending".

And people are getting the new eform form 1s back in under 2 weeks. The system is ridiculous.

I just got my individual form 4 back, three days short of 7 months from the date the check was cashed.

I may have said this earlier in this thread, or another, too lazy to look.
Last year in August-September-Octoberish Capital Armory had AAC SDN-6, TiRant 45s and Elements at stupid cheap prices.
When i had called Capital to square away a botched serial number vs the Form3 paperwork, the employee told me that they shipped out over 500 SDN-6s that week alone. And he was pretty surprised I was the only mix up. Box number and paperwork were correct, the can number was not.

Having said that, with in a few weeks to few months from those 3 sales there were 500+ SND-6s and who knows how many TiRants and Elements hitting the system once in dealer hands and paperwork submitted for customers. And then add in the normal flow.
Hence the current wait...and wait...and wait times.

I normally take forever to start and finish NFA forms. This time around I got everything done in a day and mailed off. Of course the one time I effeciently do everything is right before I hear that eform 1's were up and taking 11 days oh well!

They’ve been available for about a week before you sent it off, surprised you didn’t hear of it sooner. Good news is you can cancel that paper submission and do it online right now. You’ll get refunded the original $200 once they cancel the app.
