Is everyone still without power?

The local news is hinting about another something might be coming through over the weekend.

I seen a local TV news van in Dingmans this morning. Maybe somebody will actually see it and do something. Sliver lake road between Dolan and Marcel lake still has 3 or 4 poles that are completely snapped off and wires down. They haven't even touched it yet.

It’s getting there. Just slowly. I had an interesting episode last night. Car came on my road creeping really slow. Pulled up enough that they could see my house and driveway and then backed up and Turned around and creeped off the other way.
My house is not one that gets casually driven by and the whole thing set off alarm bells. I’m wondering if they were looking for unattended generators.

After 13 long cold days without power after hurricane Sandy the 1st thing I did when I moved to PA was have the hook up put in directly to my panel so I can run the whole house. Then I built an enclosure with good ventilation for my portable unit to run in any weather in. 7500 watts does my house as long as we don't run everything at once. We are thinking of moving again within the same area in the next year or two and if the new house doesn't have a hook up it will once again be the 1st thing we do.

I learned my lesson the 1st time.

Mine just came on. Within the last fifteen minutes.

5 trucks (sub contractors) just pulled up to my dads house. My dads son in law saw them working around the corner
this morning and stopped and told them about my dads. I cant believe they stopped by.

We are out of town, but a neighbor called to report our lights are back on (Dingmans Ferry/Wild Acres). Fingers crossed on the ride home.
