Met Ed is saying power should be back on Friday. They are so full of shit. There are still wires down everywhere and a bunch of poles are still snapped off. They will be lucky to have it on by next Friday. I would rather they tell me the truth than have them keep saying tomorrow.

How did everyone fare after round 2 yesterday? We haven't been at the house now for several days so have no idea as to conditions or whether any new trees went down. Was it as windy as it was last time?

Good morning gang, ventured out to refill gas cans and get some wifi at McDonalds in Lords Valley. Since the last trip out two days ago, it appears that the bulk of tree removal is completed in my area of Delaware Tsp. No evidence of power lines being restored as of yet. When I passed Dingmans Shooting Range, their sign was operating as was Whisspering Pines so power is back on top of the mountain. Be safe

I’m heading back that way in a few hours to unearth my house and other vehicles. Should be a good time. I’ll update what I see coming from Milford and across log tavern.

Milford road to log tavern was clear of all lines and debris.

Log tavern clear to gold key. Passed a crew putting in a new pole by Indian trails.

Two crews working in gold key. Another was surveying reports of down lines. He told me that the down lines need to go back up before they can energize so if you have down lines report them

Newest update for restoration is now 3/12 at 12:59am.

No work has yet been done, and I know they fixed people who lost it in the more recent storm already.

I'm feeling entirely ignored and very stressed. First world problems for sure, but I just want to get life back to normal for my family.
