I'm going to a citizen breakfast with my state rep on Friday. I think the main topic will be the potential closure of my power plant, but I'm going to try to bring up 2A.

Hope something good comes from the meeting on both topics. While you are at it, you might want to bring the first topic to the attention of your Congressman. The President campaigned hard on restoring economic vitality to our domestic energy industry, especially in PA. It might help to remind them about that and ask to see what assistance they are prepared to render.
