Bring back PA SB-357????

Greetings,

After the Sandy Hook school murders, some of our best allies in the PA House and Senate came up with SB-357 and a similar House bill that I can't find the # for at the moment. With the possibility of executive orders and whatever else coming soon from DC, perhaps it's time to request this bill be revisited on an emergency basis. The gist of it was to protect PA residents from intrusion by DC in areas where our firearms laws were already clear (as is our State Constitution). I'll quote just one important section below:

(a) General rule.--Neither the Commonwealth, nor any of its
political subdivisions, shall allow the use of any resources or
public funds to enforce any Federal law, executive order or
regulation that is enacted or promulgated after the effective
date of this section and attempts to register, restrict or ban
the ownership or purchase, whether by number or type, of a
firearm, component of a firearm or ammunition.

I can send the entire bill along if anyone wants it; not sure if it still exists on the PA gov page or not.

I'd re-word it to make it stronger. One example would be to include accessories. Any accessory that can be used, that exist, or yet to be thought of. Also make it more layman so lawyer's don't play political gymnastics for interpretation.
