    Didn't they "ban" those sales after the Newtown shootings?

    I haven't seen a military pattern firearm in Dicks for ages. I go there to window show, then buy what I need online.

    I was under the impression they started to quietly sell them again when the clamoring died down. To me that made it even worse. Another example of the fakeness of their actions.

    After New Town, they also announced a similar ban. I haven't shopped there since.

    The recent ban included restriction of sales of 'high capacity' mags and gun sales to anyone under the age of 21. It now also includes their Field & Stream stores.
