    Default Owning a firearm 10 years after

    Pushed a officer 10 years ago and spent six months in county. Probation for a year. With no other convictions or even citations. Law abiding citizen. What are ones options for hunting and home defense according to pa law and federal regukations

    Don't remember grade but it was assault just for touching him been over a decade now

    Time doesn't mean a thing.. ...convictions don't go away with time.

    We need to know the actual law that you were convicted of and the grading(F1, F2, F3, M1, M2, M3, S).

    You might be able to search yourself through the Unified Justice Portal (I think that's what it is) and get the lowdown on that offense.

    Just so you know, there is a reason they are asking for grade details.

    IANAL but in PA, it is not what punishment you received for a conviction but what the maximum possible sentence could have been (depending on grade). For example an M1 or Misdemeanor one can get you prohibited in PA. Many people are unaware of this.
