    Default Armed teachers

I'm not a lawyer so a little help please. It seems to me under present law that if a school district says a teacher with a LTCF wants to carry may do so. It is within the law. On the other hand should the teacher's union require that those teachers be paid more or have further training paid for they would be required to get a 235 cert.

I wonder what the percentage of teachers today are vets. I would assume its rather low.

I'm just asking for a straight answer to two questions. NOT A DEBATE.

I didn't see any questions in your op. Nevertheless, I absolutely endorse additional training/certification, such as Act 235. And as a taxpayer, I think those teachers/administrators who choose to do so should be compensated for it, or have their training covered by the taxpayers.

The teacher’s union should not have a say in shit, and should be disbanded and declared an illegal terrorist organization.

And no, such teachers should not get paid more. They’re paid to teach, not be security guards. If you want security guards, you can go get some for a lot less than what you pay teachers anyway.

Fact: if you simply get rid of the football program at every school that has one (including selling off the land used for such football programs) you will have plenty of money available for security guards at such high schools.

One can also avoid being killed in a vehicle accident by staying away from vehicles.

My daughter is a teacher and I would feel 100% safe with her carrying a firearm to work.
She has been trained and knows her stuff!
