I'll walk before I pay those companies 1 cent to rent a car from them. I'll rent from Rent A Wreck if I have to. Those companies are dead to me... DEAD.

Re: Car rental and banks severing ties with NRA
I have a $650 reservation with Hertz I got with an NRA discount... it's for an entire week.
I decided not to cancel it. But there goes me ever using them for the next business trip.
If there's no options left then I will just leave NRA marketing materials hidden in the vehicles I rent from now on.

Re: Car rental and banks severing ties with NRA
I have to wonder how the shareholders of these companies feel about alienating a large portion of the available customer base to make a political statement. Shareholders are generally about profit, not politics.
Rules are written in the stone,
Break the rules and you get no bones,
all you get is ridicule, laughter,
and a trip to the house of pain.

Re: Car rental and banks severing ties with NRA
A friend of mine called enterprise and said he will no longer
rent cars from them due to their stance on the NRA and gun owners.
