    The rally in the rotunda starts at 10AM. Might take a while to get through security as (I hope) there will be A LOT of people there. Add a little more time if you need to check a weapon on entry. The rally is normally scheduled for an hour, but with two guest speakers (Larry Pratt, GOA and Cam Edwards, NRA) plus all the state politicians who will want time on the mic it may take longer.

    Definitely would advise getting there a bit early to get through security.
