An employer may or may not have a policy regarding weapons.

Other employees may or may not be gun owners.

Other employees may or may not believe in rigidly interpreting and following employer policies.

Other employees may or may not be poofa-folk.

Other employees may or may not be aware of one's poofa handle.

One may choose not to respond at all to this question (whether they carry or not, and I'm not suggesting either way) on the possibility that - in the case of a perfect storm of the above points - one's answer might tend to incriminate them.

Currently, my wife and I own our own business, we both carry IWB concealed.
Prior to that, I worked as a LEO so carry was no problem. My wife worked for the airlines, she would carry to work in a fanny pack and secure it in her locker while working. While she worked at the city ticket office, her fanny pack was under the counter at her position.

My company does not allow for weapons to be carried on company property. However if I were to carry , I would purchase a Khar P380 and carry it in a belly band below the belt. I seat and stand a lot but I think that would be very comfortable. But like I said, I can’t carry, so...........!!!

One benefit of owning the company: Carry is not only allowed but encouraged. OC or CC as preferred. Seeing as most of my employees are also "MC" members, I don't think I'd have much luck prohibiting it even if I wanted to.

In the building, I effectively OC (as I typically remove the jacket or overshirt that conceals my IWB).

Outside the building I CC. On business, I CC so as to avoid freaking out customers (not that most would). On personal time I CC because my choice is not to let folks (esp. potential baddies) know I'm armed.

I carried the last five years I worked against company policy. A time or two before that as well. A friend of mine asked me to watch his back, a guy had threatened to kill him. The same friend had some jerk pull a knife on him one night, an event I was witness to. I carried right after that for a short time.

One of our sister plants was known for having a leaky roof. The leaks were from bullet holes. And you worked on the buddy system wherever you went.

Never. Aside from the company's very strict policy against it, I also work in Maryland and Washington DC.
While many claim to support the right, precious few support the practice.
