Wow, that was quite a compelling story, definitely worth more than three minutes. Especially how he was controlling and fighting her with her helmet. And it sounds like it was such close quarters that she had the gun pressed up against his torso, I wonder if it even cycled. Good for her for fighting through all that!

It definitely is worth watching the entire video.
They cover a lot of information that could not be done in a 5 min or less video.
Tossing her around by her helmet; he could have easily broken her neck.

From the video interview, and the news articles, and the fact that she was not charged, it would appear that this was legit self defense.

Sounds like she discharged the pistol with the muzzle pressed against the aggressor's chest. 9mm fmj was used, and it was an instant stop.

Just a few days ago whilst in NJ with my father (visiting for my niece's bday), a guy in a MCDonald's parking lot tried to start trouble with us as we pulled out. This was suburbia NJ, not ghetto land. Some people seem to be genuinely seeking out a bullet with their name on it. Some of these people actually find that bullet; much like the aggressor in this road rage incident.
