Thanks for the info. I am GTG! My Pmag stock is minimal but I have the USGI issue covered.

Speaking of those USGI triple mag pouches, here's a thread from several years ago with those and some other bags too.

Also found these US Issue grenade/mag pouches at CDNN Sports - $8.99 in black or green

I like that they have two snaps for different height items, plus velcro.

Here's one that works with long, "9mm stick mags" and similar.

Two sided - 4 mag pouches on each side - looks like 2 mags usually fit in each pouch

$25.95 on Amazon (Oh hell no - $10 shipping? pass.)
Optics Planet has them for less and with free shipping!

Don't forget Olongapo Outfitters. they have similar pouches for everything, even Garands and M1 Carbines. Not cheap, but super quality.

I have two of his multi-mag pouch bags. Agreed....a little pricey....but excellent quality. I think one was the grab & go....just throw it over your shoulder. The other one wad a combo chest rig that could be converted to throw over your shoulder. I don't see that one listed on his site any more.

Don’t get stuck with a wife who points her pistol at The back of your head, with her finger on the trigger.

    I'm getting there.
My goal is to have some sort of "go bag" or slingable mag pouch for any and all guns that could fill a self defense role.

I wanted something that could hold the 17/20 rd mags for my Camp 9 carbine.
I found two individual mag pouches in my box of junk that I got a few years ago for a buck or less each and never found a use for.
I rooted around and discovered a shoulder strap from a laptop bag that was not being used.
By drilling a few holes in the plastic MOLLE (?) attachments on the back, I was able to bind the two pouches together "back to back" using some leftover paracord.

It doesn't look pretty, but it does all I need it to do.
Total cost - well under $5
