Seeing my fat ass on video kind of puts it all into focus.

I use a phone app called GUN SAFE. Everything from inventory to round counts per gun to range sessions including photo's of each of the targets

I use an app on my IPhone for shooting data. For many years, I used one from the CMP for High Power, but they stopped updating it a few years ago an it's no longer available.
I finally found a good replacement last year called Score Buddy v1.51 (www.dadekato.com)
I have data for every High Power and CMP practice and match that I've shot since May of 2007.

Another great app that I use is called "Ballistic: Advanced Edition" it's a trajectory calculator, range finder, and wind calculator.
My paper one is still supported with the Pencil app, and sometimes pen.

It is useful for reviewing technique and spotting things that you miss while you're busy doing them.
I shoot primarily (ok, almost exclusively) matches, in places where the car and the firing line have never met, and I have figured out that the majority of the work I need to do is above and forward of my shoulders, so I get my footage from a hat cam (a Mobius, currently). It records 2k x 1k resolution at 60fps, so I can frame-by-frame my way thru with clarity.

Ive been using some cam sunglasses the last few months. Works well for the gf and watching the playbacks allowed her to see some mistakes and correct them. For me I seem to hang me head (turtling) when I shoot so they havent been as helpful for me
