Renew cc permit question

Hi I have a valid cc now from Northampton county, I moved to Monroe county so I need to renew because it runs out in a few months . My question is do my references have to be from Monroe county?.I have no neighbors I'm retired and the gun club I belong to is in Northampton county so I don't know anybody in Monroe county to use for a reference except for my daughter.

It seems to me that name, address and LTCF information over police radio that can be monitored or overheard (by a prisoner in the rear seat) should be as addressable as a printing of the information on public medium.

I just renewed mine in Erie County. Exactly the same form. You just check the renewal box on the top of the form.

Well, the blanks are still there, and the deputy told me to fill them in. So, must vary by county.

The blanks are still there because they use the same form for new licenses and renewals. I renewed in Allegheny county.

If they insist on references, just be sure they live in the state.
