They have a ton of cool features including a USA made CHF barrel and are priced right at $499.99 making for an affordable build at well under $1K for something different.

    They are also coming in 12", 14.5", a d 16" flavors now.

I'm glad you posted that. I had seen them, but COMPLETELY dismissed them due to the "Wolf" name.
The fact that they are a military upper is a good selling point to me, but I had no idea until now.

    I want one.
I don't have the money for one, but I could probably scrounge up an unused lower if I ever do find myself with $500 extra dollars.

    Another mini 14 fan.

I have one of the old ones with the "pencil" barrel. I've always been very pleased with it.

Yeah it's on my short list which coincidently keeps getting longer every week. I'm liking the 12" but a pistol with a brace wouldn't be the best set up because of the heavier front end so I would have to break my ban on paying uncle sugar $200.00 for permission to have something I shouldn't need permission for.

I have the 1st gen ARAK upper with both the 5.56 and .300 BLK barrels. Overall it's been pretty good for the most part. Had an issue after a couple of years where the extractor broke. It's proprietary, so I couldn't just use one from an AR. Reached out to Faxon and they sent me a whole new bolt on their dime. Updated design. Has run through several multi gun matches and a few thousand rounds without issue since.

Two things I would do differently knowing what I know now - Get the medium weight 5.56 barrel and not get the .300 BLK barrel. I never use it.

Daewoo K1A1... I've always wanted one. This is on a short list of rifles I wanted when they were cheap that you can't find anymore. The few I do see are out of my price range.

I think the one I posted the pic of was listed on Armslist for around $1,400 in 2008 or 2013 or something.
