Delaware County two stop, apply in person, pick up in person. Renewals are quicker than initial applications, which can take the full 45 (business, they say) days. References contacted on initial app. but not renewals, at least in my case.

No idea about non resident or NFA dealios.

If you click on the counties tab at the top of the page there is a partial list. It's probably out of date, and never updated, but it's a start.

I wouldn't put much faith in anything on that page, it's still lists the LTCF as $46 in DELCO, in March of 2011 the entire state went to $20.

A quick check of a few others they list the pre 3-2011 prices as well. Plus I'd wager most have had changes of Sheriffs since then and a lot of the time new rules come with the new sheriff.

I understand Cumberland County Sheriff Ronny Anderson is a one stop shop now (if everything checks out ok). He charges the minimum fee and stays open late one night per month. I am due for renewal (he sends out reminders 90 days ahead of time). I'll confirm turnaround when I renew.

FWIW, there is only one amount any of the sheriffs in Pennsylvania can charge since March of 2011, that is $20.

I was asked if a resident of Philadelphia county can get a CC/LTCF permit in another Pa, county.
Said "I don't know, but I know where to ask".
    So...I'm asking.

Which is stupid. You can get a state issued driver’s license anywhere. LTCF’s are state issued not county issued.

    Agree completely.
This notion that sheriffs have some type of control over who gets to carry for a statewide issued license is bull shit. Pa just pretends to be shall issue.
