    Thumbs up Glock confusion

I will keep it short. Picked up a g17 rtf2 nib. Dealer picked it up this week from his distributor, they only had a few. Compared its serial number against a g22 rtf2 that I have owned since the rtf2 craze. Older gun has 3 letter prefix and new gun has a 4 letter prefix. Is glock making them again or was cleaning house and did a limited run. Really doesn't matter to me as I like the rtf2 and am happy to get it in a 9. Just curious if I should keep my eyes open for additional offerings in this frame.

I believe that there was a recent limited re-issue if RTF2 guns, and it sounds like you got one of these.

Thanks for the input. If it is a limited run I'm glad I stumbled into it. Wouldn't mind finding a 19 or 23 with this frame.

I’m just curious, does the new one have the fish scale slide serrations?

Could always just grab a 19 frame and throw an upper on it
