    That was a shotgun, not a pistol, unless you're talking about a case I'm unfamiliar with.

    It was this one and it was a Glock not a shotgun and like Berncly states it was no accident.


    I get the point that they shouldn’t be taking or disassembling people’s firearms during stops, but exaggerating or citing poor examples is a little over dramatic.

    percussion guns uncapped and flintlocks unprimed are considered unloaded by the PGC.

    That was the case I remember. PSP troopers make mistakes too. Ill stick to my guns that they have no business taking the OP's gun apart.
