Default Trying to get my conceal license but need info before applying

I have 2 things on my criminal record one a summary, and the other was a assault charge from a fight but it was thrown out.. I was arrested as a juvenile for fighting as well and I do believe I was fingerprinted as a juvenile.. Do I need to know those dates as a juvenile or don't worry about it??? Nothing comes up on my background check as a minor just my adult charges.. My juvenile stuff was in 97 and I can't remember the date... Is there a way to get a copy of arrest records?

The only way to contact PICS is for a purchase or LTCF background check. It is not - I say again, NOT - the way to "find out" what's on your record.

Police are historically not the ideal place to learn *anything* about your rights. Or, sadly, the laws...

Gun rights attorney sounds like a solid idea. There are several here on the forum, and others that could be recommended.

I say again - do NOT use PICS to determine your eligibility.

    IANAL

From this site linked below you want the individual access and review form. Click on the link for it, follow the instructions and wait about six months for them to
    send it to you.
