10 shots fired with hits to the body, legs and torso of the perp... Head shot put him down.... The detective was in a struggle with this guy and the Commissioner Ross is concerned with how many shots the detective fired...are you kidding me..

Sounds like the detective better get ahold of his FOP rep..

I've been wondering just how much power does a D.A. have in the city? I thought the D.A. only had hands on the court system but the things that I have been reading about the guy go beyond that.

Guy's an outsider so to speak so I'm not sure what he'd have on anybody important.He can't give orders to the police without the cooperation of the top cop,can he?

The guy was identified earlier today. It took a little time to notify relatives because he was from out of town. No conspiracy afoot.
