Numbskull radio DJ this morning gave a "report"of the incident.She stated the off duty cop just walked up to the driver and started shooting at him.The DJ never mentioned that the driver and the officer had gotten into a scuffle.I wondered if she didn't have that information or she did and purposely left it out?
