Re: Opinion on CC at Arbitration Hearing
Well, i thought I would close this out for everyone......
Very interesting arbitration hearing. Nice judge. Very personable. No decision till a week or so.
Anyway, a no guns sign on the office building placed at the lower left of the door. Barely saw it!!!! I survived Scranton without a gun(just kidding)!
Thanks all. With great power comes great responsibility....

Re: Opinion on CC at Arbitration Hearing
FYI, it likely wasn't a sitting judge and, therefore, it couldn't have been a "court facility." If it was an arbitration, it was likely a retired judge who now spends his/her time making money acting as an arbitrator and mediator in cases. In many personal injury cases, the lawyers agree to take the case out of the court system and into private arbitration. That is probably what happened in your girlfriend's case.
