Default Opinion on CC at Arbitration Hearing

My girlfriend is going into an arbitration hearing for a Med Mal case.

The arbitration is being heard by a judge but held at the offices of the opposing council. She and the Dr will be sworn in.

Is this a court? Can I CC? What makes a courtroom?

I'd like to stay legal. I don't need to carry, but I'll be in Scranton!!!!!!!!

PS: Please pray for a good outcome for my girl. This is one of those cases that slipped thru the cracks. Some people slip and fall and get a million dollars. She will get almost nothing even though she was surgically fuck up and almost died. She can expect hospitalizations now for the rest of her life. She has a go bag packed at all times. Thanks for your thoughts.

Legal definition of court facility, contained in the statute prohibiting weapons in same:

"Court facility." The courtroom of a court of record; a courtroom of a community court; the courtroom of a magisterial district judge; a courtroom of the Philadelphia Municipal Court; a courtroom of the Pittsburgh Magistrates Court; a courtroom of the Traffic Court of Philadelphia; judge's chambers; witness rooms; jury deliberation rooms; attorney conference rooms; prisoner holding cells; offices of court clerks, the district attorney, the sheriff and probation and parole officers; and any adjoining corridors.
While it is likely that the intent was to include conference rooms contained within the stereotypical 'courthouse', it does not explicitly say that. Strictly speaking, a conference room at a private legal office could be included.

In my opinion. I am not a lawyer.

Why you throwing shade on Scranton like it's Chicago or something?

What part of the “West Side” do you call home?

Sorry.. I meant no offense. I don't get to Scranton much so I shouldn't be so judgmental......

I had hoped for more advise on this issue. I guess I'll play it safe and not CC there. Just habit to carry. My gut feeling however is that it would be legal to do so since it's in a lawyers office.

I would have to say that all those rooms (in blue), or attached by that (in red).

Why not OC, if there is no signage?
