I'm inclined to agree.
Pocket carry is not a sub second draw platform, and this adds the extra step of assembly that may go wrong under pressure.
I also don't like the heavy flipping motion, which reminds me of people stressing their revolver when they flip the cylinder closed.
Interesting concept though, and probably worth developing further.
