Re: PA Resident LTCF when moving out of state?
(e) Issuance of license.--
(1) A license to carry a firearm shall be for the purpose of carrying a firearm concealed on or about one's person or in a vehicle and shall be issued if, after an investigation not to exceed 45 days, it appears that the applicant is an individual concerning whom no good cause exists to deny the license. A license shall not be issued to any of the following:
(ix) A resident of another state who does not possess a current license or permit or similar document to carry a firearm issued by that state if a license is provided for by the laws of that state, as published annually in the Federal Register by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms of the Department of the Treasury under 18 U.S.C. § 921(a)(19) (relating to definitions).
(i) Revocation.--A license to carry firearms may be revoked by the issuing authority for good cause. A license to carry firearms shall be revoked by the issuing authority for any reason stated in subsection (e)(1) which occurs during the term of the permit.
The issuing authority would have to be aware of one not having a license from that state of domicile to revoke the PA LTCF.
If that state's license is acquired, then the PA LTCF should be valid for the rest of the term of the license.
IANAL.

Re: PA Resident LTCF when moving out of state?
And same if it is not revoked.
Think about it this way. Your LTCF must be issued by the county in which you reside. So you get one under that requirement. Now you move to a different county. Is your LTCF suddenly not valid because it is not issued by the sheriff in the county in which you now reside? No. Are you required to notify anyone that you moved so that one sheriff can revoke it and another can issue it? No.

Re: PA Resident LTCF when moving out of state?
Actually, it is.
There is a subsection of the UFA covering issuance of LTCFs. The OP already has an LTCF, so the rules and restrictions covering issuance don't apply.
There is a subsection of the UFA stating that LTCFs are valid until they are revoked, or they expire. The OP's LTCF has not been revoked, nor has it expired.
It appears that the law is essentially silent regarding changing one's residence, whether it be within the Commonwealth or to another state. Now, New York has law covering what to do and what happens to the license/permit/whatever when one changes residence. Pennsylvania does not.
