I've been debating the same thing recently, considering adding a TLR-6 to my Glock 26. There's valid points on both sides of the fence, just can't decided if the added utility is worth the trade off in over all weight and size. Plus there's the cost of the light and buying a new compatible holster.

Not my EDC, but I do carry an H&K VP9 tactical ( minus the suppressor ) sometimes in colder weather when I can have a larger coat to carry OWB.
The weapon light is a SIG Foxtrot 1, if you haven't checked them out yet, you should. I was quite impressed with what it was for the price it was at.

I'll join the crowd that says I like keeping my concealed carry peace as Slim as possible to make it easier to concealed with a variety of clothing.
