Cheap but Great .22 Pistol - Pheonix Arms
I saw this yesterday at Rural King for $139 new.
Phoenix Arms .22
I figured it being that cheap, I'll take a gamble.
I was actually looking for a good DA/SA .22LR revolver to plink around with, but couldn't believe how expensive they were. I saw a Taurus .22LR DA/SA revolver for over $400.
So I bought it, and a bunch of different .22LR ammo with it.Took it to my cousins property and this bad boy really surprised me.
We probably ran a couple hundred rounds through it and not one hiccup.
Comes with a 10 round magazine and they also make them in .25acp.
I got the .22 just to plink around and its cheap to shoot.
Its roughly the same size as a Ruger LCP.
The only thing I didn't like was the magazine safety, but that is easily removed with a snip of a small piece of sheet metal.

Heard of the company a few times. Still know nothing about them though. For $139, sign me up. Looks like a good fun plinker. .22 is cheap as dirt and plentyful now.

The two I had only ran on CCI mini-mags.

You ran a couple hundred rounds through it with only one 10 round magazine? That is dedication.

Phoenix arms is the decedent of Raven. Named such because the original Raven factory burnt down.

I bought one recently too. I had some feed issues, but it was due to an old magazine. The feed lips appear to get bent out of shape kind of easily if you are not careful.
