As we all know...timing is everything...show starts at what, 1300? Around 1600 or so the guys who got there early are vacating their parking spots.

Yeah,I want to be out of there by 2:30 to avoid the afternoon drivetime traffic.I hate driving along Rt.76 west as it is a damned logjam in the afternoon....actually it is most of the day,for that mater.

If I was you I'd look at the train and bus schedules. Pay attention to the bus route though, if you get on in Phoenixville it's like an hour and a half to Dekalb St in Bridgeport, I don't know about the trip from Oaks to Bridgeport.

Line starts forming around noon. By 1:00 , it's halfway around the building. I'm not standing outside for 1-2hrs. I'll sit in my truck and take a nap with the heat and music on till the line dies down.

I was set up at the December Oaks show and as far as as I could tell most every vendor was up and running at opening on Friday afternoon. Not sure which show you were attending.

I have to agree with him. Some Friday shows open at 1 some at 3. I too have seen several tables covered or empty on Friday evening. Especially when it opens at 1.

There may have been few vendors missing due to it being Friday and possible weather complications but most everyone was up and running at opening. Glocking26 makes it sound as if a large portion of the show was empty or covered; I strongly disagree.
