A West Virginia lawmaker has introduced a bill to the state House that would outlaw enforcement of current and future gun-control laws that violate the U.S. or state constitutions.

Would be nice if they didn't abide by the federal NFA.
Can you imagine being able to buy NFA items without all the bullshit?

Part of the bill even says that the state will help with legal assistance to citizens arrested for "unconstitutional gun laws".

I dunno if this is gonna fly there. WV may have a lot of democrats, but I think a smaller percentage of them are libtards than most states.

They did vote pretty overwhelmingly for the Donald. This should be interesting.

WV passed constitutional carry without any problems.
Also, if you have a current WV carry license, you can bypass the NICS check when purchasing firearms from a FFL.

WV may have a lot of Democrats, but they probably understand its political suicide in that state to even appear to be anti-gun.

Kansas tried this with suppressors. At least 2 have been charged and convicted. I believe the GOA is trying to help at least one of them through the appeals process

WV is one of the states on my list of places to move to, sooner rather than later.

Keep in mind, most jobs in WV pay far below the national average.

I think as long as you aren't somebody's attractive female cousin you will be pretty safe in WV. If I had more faith in my ability to find immediate employment down there I'd already be looking into moving.
