As a former store owner I was told by our CC processor that we could not add a service fee for CC payments but they had no control if we offered a cash discount. Walk into any gun shop and they all do the 3% increase for CC sales, I guess they don't get checked or the policy has been scraped.

Pick any place in the area. I have yet to be asked to leave any restaurant due to carrying, even those chain places with their signs(which I never notice). Recommendations, High bridge (former Grassi's) in Springbrook, Kundla's BBQ in Hamlin(outdoor BBQ open Mothers day until Columbus day) and ElRay for Mexican in W-B. El Ray owner has thanked a buddy and myself for carrying in his place, we are usually there around closing.
Pass by both Primante Bros and Tilted Kilt, both overpriced mediocre food.

We go to Elray on occasion. We would go there before they moved.

I will second the Loading Dock in Dunmore as a great place to eat. They also have a nice selection of beers on tap if you’re into trying beers outside of the run of the mill Budweiser, Miller, Coors stuff.

The only problem with the Loading Dock is they do not have a dessert menu. A restaurant with no desserts?? Sometimes a guy wants to end his meal with a coffee and a slice of cheesecake.
