King Of Prussia. Near 476, 76, Tpk, 422 and more. Largest mall and many restaurants. Also many rental choices.

It's Chester County and Royersford just across the river is Montgomery Cnty. If you slip a bit north and west to Pottstown or Birdsboro cost of living drops but still have to use that fucking 422 to get east. Mid-day travel is fine though. Depends on when you have to get where.

North Wales, Lansdale, Ambler, E. Norriton, Montgomeryville are mostly .25 to .50 hour drive to Bluebell. Beware of having any "stuff" parked outside as zoning hawks (neighbors) can be P%@&*s so a garage is a must and most apartments dont have garages. Houses for rent anywhere around bluebell will be $1500- $5k monthly; the later being in Bluebell, Lwr Gwynedd. .75 hours drive will get you cheaper and 1 hour drive will get you sane pricing. Welcome to the hood! I live in LG so PM me if you have any questions about the area and I will share what I know.
