    I mean great and all they found some loopholes but in the end as a firearm itself, I'm not seeing what is special about it.

    Nothing other then being able get it fast while waving your middle finger at the ATF (as if they care) for double the price of a normal SBR and tax stamp.

    As long as it has some form of rifling, even zero twist, engraving the projectile the ATF will consider it a rifle.

    Franklin Armory has it approved already by the ATF that it is NOT a rifle
