When moving to different county in state do you have to apply for new concealed carry license in new county or is old one good until expiration.Also do you need to change address? Thank You

You don't have to do anything.
It's a good idea to contact the sheriffs office so they place you in their roster. Hopefully you will then receive a renewal notice. But it's not required that you do this.

You need to change the address on your drivers license.
However, on your LTCF - there is NO way to change your address without revoking it, and then you having to reapply for a new one.
Just call your issuing sheriff to give them an address update so that they can mail you your renewal notice.
