I'll assume that it's a means of getting federal funds - same as other declarations of state of emergency.

Exactly how that money will be helping them is beyond me - I'm guessing more needles full of second, third, fourth, fifth, and sixth chances.

if so then Prince Law Offices, P.C. should have a few hundred thousand calls to his office before the this weekend.

Thanks for the input. I was going to hunt this weekend.

My rights to keep and bear arms have not been directly infringed as a result of this state of emergency, But it has affected my right to hunt on public owned game lands. does that count?
    Thanks,
    Roland
Sounds like major infringement to me!

As I understand the definition of firearms under 6109 being different from 6107 and not covering long arms, I believe that it says that carrying a long arm on public lands, e.g., state parks, state game lands, etc. is unlawful until the state of emergency is lifted. As such, hunting coyote on SGLs with a .22 magnum rifle or .223 Handi Rifle is a felony.

I think they called it a proclamation, not sure I’ve heard that before in a Democratic Republic

I call it an abuse of power

The money Wolf is looking for by the Declaration of State of Emergency is the huge hole in the budget trying to pay for public employees pensions. Nothing more nothing less. This is a promise he made to the public sector employees unions. He has been mostly absent on those promises he made thus creating a budget crisis. This has nothing to do about drugs unless you are on them and believe any or his crap. By the way, we need more casinos for the children.
