How are you defining "good condition"? Is this based on Fjestad's Blue Book definition or your own estimate?

To answer your question you really need to provide detailed photos. Proper grading depends on type of wear, location of wear, matching numbers, original parts, etc... Many people attempt to grade a gun just based on condition of the finish but in some cases this is not among the most important aspects.
