Got my LTCF from Philadelphia county in 13 days

Also my picture sucked. I took off my hat, and they took it with my eyes half closed and hat hair. I didn't see the pic until it was printed on my LTC. When renewing my drivers license I have my wife take me in after an all night booze binge.. that way if I am out drinking and get stopped by the police I will look normal compared to my license picture

When I get mine taken at Montco Sheriffs , they take one , show me on the computer screen, ask if I like it and will take another if not happy.

At the old GPU building at 8th & Spring Garden they would let you take another pic if you weren't happy. I don't know what changed.
