Southern Chester County Youth Shooting League
The Southern Chester County Youth Shooting League (SCCYSL) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to educating youths between the ages of 8 and 18 in the safe and responsible use of firearms. The SCCYSL is affiliated with the Pennsylvania Rifle and Pistol Association, The National Rifle Association and the Civilian Marksmanship Program. Small Bore Rifle Shooting and instructional sessions are held on Monday evenings between 6:30 and 8:00 PM indoors at the clubhouse of the Atglen Sportsmen's Club, Inc. in Atglen, PA (except some Federal Holidays).
This is a great deal; $90 annual dues covers everything - use of eye and ear protection, use of rifles (Cricket, EAA CM2, Anschutz), and all ammo. Instructors are NRA certified and some are USAS certified rifle coaches.
Now is a great time to sign up, as a new year is beginning.
