I saw it under the updated changes. It is a list of changes each state has done. Good or bad. You have to scroll down. It goes by date.

    Quote it please.

It's formatted poorly, but worded plainly...

Permits/Licenses This State Honors Listed Below:

Alaska Arkansas Arizona Colorado Florida Idaho1 Kansas Kentucky Maine Michigan
Missouri New Mexico North Carolina North Dakota1 Ohio Oklahoma South Dakota1 Tennessee Texas Utah West Virginia

Idaho1 – Delaware only honors the Idaho Enhanced Permit.
North Dakota1 – Delaware only honors the North Dakota Class 1 Permit.
South Dakota1 – Delaware only honors the South Dakota Enhanced Permit.

Delaware Honors Non-Resident Permits/Licenses From the States They Honor.

While many claim to support the right, precious few support the practice.

When you had a date listed that's where I looked. Just looked again and didn't see it.

There was a brief moment where the DE AG had it on their page that they would only honor resident permits. They quickly changed it back to what it currently states and apologized for the misunderstanding. That's probably the reference you saw.

See the last line of the paragraph after the state list here

It’s that time of year again for those with a Utah license so that they can conceal in Delaware. Nothing yet. Wonder how long it will take for them to update.

I just read the linked page. I didn't see anything that would cause issues. Am I missing something?
